a little bit about Sophie
Who am I?
On the Soul-Level, my soul is a cosmic activator and holder of many various frequencies, realms and perspectives........ 🐙 I'm still understanding it myself, though what I do know is that part of what my Soul is here to do, is to share those cosmic frequencies, nurture the human collective, and encode higher consciousness here on earth and in the hearts of humanity - for the purposes of amplifying love & joy; sparking creativity, authenticity & freedom; and expanding consciousness, for the highest good of all.
My philosophy?
I’m sophie , aka Cosmically Encoded as my soul (and my boyfriend) likes to remind me 👽
I like nature a lot, I love anything spiritual / soulful, I really enjoy all kinds of music and my favourite type of movie/show is children’s cartoons 🙃
What do I do?
Channeling Light Language, Energy Activations, Musical Creations & Soothing Meditations seem to be some of my natural talents (which I’ve also spent years practicing and am continually evolving into 🪽)
I’ve spent lots of my time training in healing modalities (like Reiki, ThetaHealing, Soul Retrieval) giving me a wide range of tools and experience, all of which have shaped who I am as a person too 🌸
I’ve studied some Yoga philosophy & practices, lived at an ashram for 3 months and have a soft spot for the yogic teachings
My life right now?
Currently studying a Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy, as well as Holistic Integrative Creative Arts Therapies 🎨 (no clear plan, just doing my best to enjoy the learning journey — we’ll see where it takes me 🦋)
Planning a trip to India this year, my first time ever being there (nervous / excited / need to actually start organising)
Recently set up my car with a bed with the (very needed & appreciated💕) help of my boyfriend Chris, so I can travel around Aus — though I’ve only done one short trip so far✨
What’s my reason for being here & creating all this?
Well, on a personal level it’s a beautiful creative outlet for me. I think of myself as an artist at heart, and I tend to have an abundance of ideas & inspirations that want to be birthed — so online creation offers a perfect way to create something tangible from my ideas, to share 🌸
On the Purpose-Level, I feel drawn to share my insights, experiences, art/creations and wisdom from my life in ways that I know can help others too 🌸 (I know because oftentimes, my own creations help me at a future date✨ a beautiful affirmation of the healing power of putting your ideas into creation)
