my trippy experiences
Did you know we’re cosmic? Ever had trippy experiences, dreams or thoughts that shaped the way you see the world?
Here are 3 of my trippy realisations, and the experience that shaped them, that forever changed my view of life <3
(Non-substance)
if you’re in a chill/goofy open-minded mood, you might like these, they are pretty trippy. If you’re not, you might find these unbearably ridiculous, just a headsup
enjoy :)
1. we’re literally the universe . Our human self is a loveable avatar to experience earth-life through.
My trippy experience : I met ‘ god’. (this one makes me laugh)
in meditation I zoomed out beyond the edge of the universe, and spoke to a regular cosmic dude named ‘Dave’ who was simply playing his video game — 🎮 in which he created and lived through every single being in this universe…
he could zoom into any specific perspective at will, for fun.
He loved it.
He also told me everything I was perceiving about him, was in fact a reflection of my own imagination (his names not necessarily Dave, he’s not necessarily gaming — but he could be! Because he’s infinite, he could be anything. and my image of him was just what worked for my brain in that moment)
Zoom out again: there were infinite universes with other game-players creating their own versions of reality 💫 sometimes they crossed over and hung out in each other’s worlds <3

2. You’re connecting with past and future You’s through your memories and future projections
My trippy experience : I received a telepathic message from my future self, before I ever knew sent it! (This one makes me cry)
Get this: I’m in my room processing some feelings, crying a little. I remember a song that used to comfort me when I was in school. I listen to it. I’m bawling. Exploding with a mixture of gratitude for my past self, sadness and nostalgia.
I’m remembering a specific time I listened to this song on my iPod at lunch break in school, and how I’d felt unusually peaceful and content in that moment. I started sending myself SO MUCH LOVE, gratitude, appreciation — from my present self to my past self. Telling her I love her, thank you so much for everything she experienced, it’s helped me and we’ve grown so much, and everything’s gonna be okay, you’ll get there.
HOLD THE PHONE…. THAT JUST THERE. I realised. THAT was the peace and contentment I felt in that last moment! I WAS FEELING MY OWN LOVE FOR MYSELF FROM THE FUCKING FUTURE. I sent that to my past self, JUST NOW!! TRIPPED ME THE FUCK OUT. Bawled some more. felt more connected to myself & loved than ever.
So yeah, now I feel that all past/future versions of ourselves are interacting, sometimes more directly and prominently like this. and that your future self can be like a version of your higher self, guiding/supporting you <3
3. the universe expresses in infinite ways. INFINITE. No limits. Sooooo… in another dimension, you could be a cartoon ;P
My trippy experience : I’m from a cartoon world (this one sparks joy in me)
I can’t remember how I got to this, whether I was just meditating on my own or listening to a guided meditation — but I ended up seeing a pixelated world, in which I had lived and experienced a 2d reality. It was a brief image, but I got the sense of it.
Now I literally believe that dimensions exist that look like cartoons & video-games, with sentient beings experiencing a very different version of reality. I go so far as to believe that every story/book/tv show that exists, has a corresponding reality SOMEWHERE in the universe, in some dimension, where it’s actually real.
In a universe of infinite potentials, I KNOW this to be true. No-one can convince me otherwise. :P

Some things to reflect on...
Now, am I saying these are the be-all-end-all truth of reality? Noo.
Do I wholeheartedly believe everything I’ve said? Yes.
Do I expect you to believe it too? NO - I expect you to form your own beliefs based on your unique understanding & experiences of life<3
Are these fun to explore, and think about? 100%
Do these knowings impact my everyday functioning in any direct way? Nah not really, gotta ground into the present-human life, ya know! but it does give me a personalised sense of reality that brings me peace, happiness, creativity and helps me believe in my own infinite potential.
