a cosmically mundane moment
Learning gratitude & presence in the moments🌞✨
It’s been so easy for me to get caught up in the mental chatter, the desires that haven’t yet manifested, to feel unworthy or think the moment I’m experiencing is unworthy of my full attention & gratitude because it’s (I’m) not like ‘that’ yet
To think that there’s something more that I’m ‘missing’ from this moment, and from myself, that means that what I’m experiencing now can’t be experienced with full joy - because I’m not good enough yet, or I haven’t achieved that yet, or this moment isn’t what I expected or hoped it would be
𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑰 𝒅𝒊𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒅𝒂𝒚, 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝑰 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒅 & 𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆:

I was laying on the floor in my room listening to some music (a pretty “normal” moment, nothing special or spectacular happening) - & I thought: imagine if this was the only moment I ever experienced?!
I put myself in the position of having been ‘nothing’ and then experiencing this moment ...
And it made the moment all the more beautiful!
Moments later I had some ‘negative’ thoughts arising, and I looked at them through the same lense-
Even these so-called negative thoughts, would be experienced as amazing and wonderful, if this was the only moment you could experience!
And I truly felt this in that moment ✨
I felt the beauty of being something, of experiencing something, whether it be the mundane or the spectacular : for that definition is only based on your perception and expectation!
✨🦋✨
I’m learning to integrate this into my every day, every moment, every breath;
to remember the beauty, recognise the divinity, feel the gratitude, and be in the joy of being, living, breathing, here as a human being on earth!

It’s ALL divine!
It’s ALL spectacular!
Live this day, now, in full gratitude, full presence, full joyness of being.

We are so magical
Who/what are we really?!
Where are we ?! WHAT are we even doing here?!
We are so divine~
cosmic beings made of StarStuff,
living on a magical floating rock in the middle of space,
floating in infinity,
universal cosmic consciousness in every molecule of our being
We are existing .....
Just soak that in....
Really truly feel it ....
We exist
On THIS earth
In this magical universe
We are something, we are us, we are here, living and breathing
when we could just as easily be not here lol, we could be nothing!
We could NOT exist ! But we do!
Or we could be somewhere else entirely- but we are right here!
Why?? How?!
Think about how absolutely amazing that is!!
We’re H E R E
Alive
Existing
Being!!
Remember the magic of our existence!!
Our soul just decides to jump into a physical body ...
We physically grow from tiny cells
We form and expand into a fetus?!!!
Into a baby
Emerge from our mothers womb
Evolve into a child
A teenager
Into who we are today & onwards
We learn so much
Change so much
Expand and evolve, so much!
We are literally alchemising and magically transforming ~ both physically, and in our consciousness
Like, wow,
I am so grateful to experience this existence
The universe is crazy and amazing
We are amazing
The fact that we exist, is amazing!
And we are so so blessed to be here!!
On. This. Earth.
This magical divine place that exists with so much diversity and opportunity
In a universe of infinite potential
As BEINGS of infinite potential!
We are crazily blessed,
Crazily divine,
Crazily ALIVE.
Thank you for this day
For every moment that I get to experience
Every breath i get to take
Everything I see!
Everything around me
& for the “me” that I get to be!!
It’s craaaaa-zeee
Thank u thank u for all of me🤍
For the universe I live in,
And everything on earth that I see.
I am so blessed to BE✨
